Bookings 2 hrs + from Brisbane have a minimum booking of  $1200 per stylist.
Terms & Conditions When Booking

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Until this is received, the date is reserved but still available for others to book. The Deposit of 20% (or up to $200) and is non-refundable within 5 months of wedding booking. In these changing and unprecedented times we do understand that in the event of lockdowns or government policies, if your event or wedding needs to be postponed, we will do our best to accommodate the change and transfer your deposit/payments to another date.  However if we are unavailable for your new date, your deposit is not refundable.

To eliminate stress and hassle your balance (less the deposit) is due 2 weeks month prior (unless otherwise arranged) via direct debit or Credit Card.  Any extra hair or makeups on the day can pay via cash or CC. PLEASE NOTE any drop in numbers will not be refunded.

Confirmation of final numbers is required two months before the wedding. Because your stylists have allocated the time for your big day, decrease of numbers will not be accepted within 12 weeks of your booking. If services decrease the full Invoice amount is still payable. We will do our best to accommodate any additional hair and makeup on the day, but it is best to have all numbers organised in advance as it can require another stylist.

Saturday bookings prior to 1pm have a minimim requirement of 3 hair or makeup services for Brisbane and 5 services for locaions outside of Brisbane or the equivalent pricing can be applied for bookings with less numbers.

Covid Safe Plan

It has been an incredibly challenging times for you trying to plan your wedding or event and for us to navigating and accommodating the changes and reschedules for our clients. Because of our close proximity and inability to social distance while doing someone’s makeup and the more transmissible variant Omicron we are implementing some necessary measures for all our safety and that of our families.

  1. If you, or anyone in your household/party are sick or showing any flu like symptoms you will need to have a recent negative Covid PCR test before your appointment. If you have been interstate, at a hotspot or close contact to a Covid Case, you will need to show a recent negative PCR test results.
  1. Our client safety is first and foremost, therefore, as usual, we practice the strictest hygiene measures. Thoroughly wash and sanitise hands before touching a client’s face and at various times while applying makeup. We have a set of brushes per person and they are thoroughly disinfected with hospital grade disinfectant and then deep cleansed in between each appointment. Mascara and lipstick are applied with disposable wands and lip brushes.
  1. You will be required to check in with the QLD Check In App. We are required to keep a Covid register of all clients with name, address, and phone numbers. We will send through an email prior to the wedding for you to enter that info and send back this information for every person receiving services and additional family or friends who are visiting you on the day.
  1. To observe social distancing measures, we are also required to have no more than 1 person per 2 square metres whilst performing services. A separate hair/makeup room may be required depending on size of the room.
  1.  As per the updated QLD mask requirements for masks to be worn indoors wear social distancing is not possible.  We will be wearing a face mask during your appointment. For in salon appointments you will be required to wear a mask upon entering and any guests will need to them for the duration of the appointment. We ask that you check in with us in advance of your trial booking with regards to the numbers of friends and family you wish to have with you.

Your Deposit is Non Refundable within 5 months of your booking. Any cancellations should be in writing and bookings outside of the 5 months will be refunded the deposit minus a $50 administration fee.

If your booking needs be rescheduled due to government COVID-19 group size regulations or lockdowns, we will transfer your deposit/other payments to the new date providing we are able to accommodating your new date. We will do our best to work with you on any changes.

Should you choose to change your date for reasons other than Government lockdowns or mandates, we will do our best to accommodate your changes however a reschedule fee may apply of up to $250.  Please communicate with as much notice as possible.
